Most portable grills make you pick a side: the quick convenience of gas, or the flavor of charcoal. Most also take up room, need setup, and sit at one fixed height. FoldSear is designed to give you both fuels, four cooking modes, and a body that folds and rolls away between trips.
Features
Grill steaks and burgers on the raised-grate side. Flip the plate to the flat griddle side for pancakes, bacon, and vegetables. Close the lid to sear and braise, so one unit covers breakfast through dinner.
The grill folds as a single unit instead of coming apart into pieces. That means fewer parts to lose and less to pack. Exact unfolding steps will be set in the manual.
Add the charcoal tray for a charcoal grill. Remove it to cook on gas. Use gas on a busy weeknight; use charcoal when you want more smoky flavor. Follow the manual for fuel-specific steps.
Grate side for grill marks, flat side for griddle cooking. The non-stick plate releases food easily and is simpler to clean.
Press the piezo ignition button to light the burner. There is no match or lighter to hunt for.
An optional electric lift provides push-button height adjustment. The adjustment range, power requirements, and operating instructions will be confirmed before ordering opens. Available as an optional configuration; images may not show this option.
The lid has a porcelain-enamel finish for outdoor use, stays open at the angle you set, and includes a built-in thermometer so you can keep an eye on heat.
Fold it, pull the handle, and roll it like a suitcase. It is built to fit into a trunk or RV storage bay.
